Good quick workout. Greg can you countdown at the end of the exercises like Gabby does?? It helps with the quick transition if you can’t see the video and countdown clock??

Great workout. I'm still struggling with russian twists cuz my belly is still big but also i feel like i have weakness in my lower back, cuz i struggle with double leg lifts too. So i added a 5 lb weight to my r twists and glute bridges.

I really enjoy this workout but could you please count down at the end of each exercise so that we can focus on the exercise and not on the screen? 😅

I can’t get on my knees I fell on the concrete side walk. I have a contusion on the inside of my left knee. I can only do sit down exercises. 🕊️🙏🥲
