6:45 when i went into wrestling it was the complete opposite abt getting abs, coach made us spam cardio and calisthenics, he told us eat whatever you want you will lose weight and he was right, i got sick and was off the mat for a week, but in that week i just did sprints and calisthenics(literally just 300 pushups, squats and crunches) and was eating whatever i wanted, within that week there was noticeable gains in my abs
