Lunges are hard on my knees but I do them since they are great for strengthening of the muscles. I don't go down like you Sydney but these lunge forms are so useful. I am mindful when I am doing the lunge to not let my knee go over my toes...in all the leg workouts you always remind us of this. Thanks again Sydney for these shorts. These are extremely helpful. I just go over these shorts before I start any workout. A sense of form where quality matters and not quantity. We have to do things correctly ...otherwise we can hurt ourselves.

When I do forward lunges I always feel pressure coming from my back leg no matter how hard I concentrate on pushing from my working foot. Is this normal?
