If you have good trap genes, your traps will grow no matter how you do your shrugs.

I do 10 45 lb plates on each side at gaukler gym 8 just isn't enough anymore. Been working out for at least 6 months now. Started with 45 lbs and just keep adding every week or so. And take breaks. Only weigh 190 now so I gained 30 lbs. 100% natural. I drank protein powder a couple times in a shake. I eat all the cookies and bread and counts and chicken and steak and vegetables and oranges rind and all lemon water milk. I eat everything 😋. Quit smoking cigarettes pot meth parmasan cheese quit drinking. Quit sex a and maturation. Keep my eyes to myself and off everything I shouldn't look at. Don't watch television. Getting really strong and in shape. Everything has changed. My thoughts actions who I spend time with. Where I go where I work. Shouldn't say it is me that changed I didn't do it myself. What is inside me changed me who is in my heart changed everything. Was so broken and didn't even realize I needed healing. Salvation and sanctification. I really hope more are blessed the way I have been and so many others have through history. Love you all. See you soon.
