great info. I've had my clients doing goblet squats for years now and this is a perfect guide for me to direct them to. Thanks!

Great tip on jumping up and down. I always see “shoulder width” but I will try the jump

Thanks for this. I did some kettle bell squats and posted it online and I had a few gym gurus tell me that my knees shouldn’t go past my feet because my knees will go bad.. I found this video right after in effort to correct my form lol

I don’t know how I missed the 100k subs, that’s awesome! Solid advice on the squats especially scaling the exercise.

The "pull your hands apart" was a revolutionary tip for keeping your chest pointing forward

I really like your guys' videos, and I think theyre very informational, but one thing I've noticed in a lot of your videos is that you guys focus on filming way too close to the person performing the exercise, and we don't actually get to see what you're trying to show us or the full proper form. For example @ 2:33 you're trying to show us improper squats but we can't even see the lower half of your body. I'd say consider getting one of those clip on mics and having the camera guy stand back a little farther for more solid videos.. just my two cents. Other than that great job!

When I keep my lower legs behind my toes, I feel the burn in my glutes. When my lower legs go past my toes, my burn is in the quads. So, I use both vectors to work these two muscle groups more intensely.

I'm squatting with a 20KG kettlebell so that my ass touches my heels - right down. Is that bad form, especially for my knees? Should I perform the squat shy of fully down as per in the video? Thanks.

I appreciate this video more because “Caught Up” was playing in the background. Haha

Another tip that helped me a lot to get propper form is to have my center of bodyweight placed in the middle of my feet, not on my toes or my heel's.

BUT I HAVE A QUESTION
When I go up, should I swing my butt backwards?
I usually just use my legs to press upwards.

I would say the goblet squat is one of the easiest Squats to do with good form, holding the dumbell or Kettlewell infront of you kind of forces you into using the proper form, atleast to me it does, probably my favourite squat to do
