The girl behind her is doing so well, perfect form for Quads. There is no reason to do Squats for Glutes as they are targetted in it anyway

genuinely shocked with the the amount of comments saying the form is wrong and serves no purpose...the whole point and purpose of the video is to "target" the glutes, in other words to "bias" the glutes, meaning more emphasis on your glutes during the movement, meanwhile the girl behind in a traditional stance is getting no "bias" just all around lower body activation. i see nothing wrong here. great vid.

Why is she doing that hip thrust movement at the end of each rep? That does nothing for the glutes.

Please the feet should be exactly right under the bar because that is how we perform the real squat(functional way of picking loads from the ground). Let’s not confuse the stances we use on the leg press machine on squats.

I do these squat so my limiting factor isn't my back, but I guess do regular squats if you wanna train your back as well.

Stepping ahead of the bar emphasizes quads. It doesn't increase glute stimulus. 😐

Actually stand back, lower bar to traps, lean forward as you go down….dont thrust forward—- that’s glutes.

I dont think smith machine good for squats at all. Use a squat machine or free weights.

This is NOT a proper form. That thrust she does with her hips on top plus pointless. Better not to straighten up all the way at all, just keep glutes engaged all the time.
