I had parkinsonism and hand cramps that kept me from being able to work until recently - my autonomic neurologist started me on a "mitochondrial cocktail" and this, combined with a high-ish dose of methylfolate and other B vitamins has made a surprising difference. My hand cramps are gone!

Cramps are painful. What was the fix? Thank you for sharing your videos. It's hard to push like because you are in pain. :(
