Cutting out sugar is worth a try...I had tingling and numbness and notice decrease when I did not consume sweet stuff and too much carbs. All the best.

I had those symptoms and a few others, it took Drs two years to discover I have Lymes and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. I had the tingling and extreme fatigue. I could go from feeling ok to total exhaustion in a matter of a min or so. Also a small rash would come and go between pointer finger and thumb, that meaty section. Lymes mimics so many things. My daughter was diagnosed with Cilliac disease for 5 yrs, it was Lymes, neither of us knew we had been bitten.

This was for someone.

great video, I was told I had carpal tunnel yrs ago, and over the years have had back pain, neck pain and dizziness. I found out its a subluxation and have found relief with NUCCA adjustments

From an informed, working class type guy, I thought the video was both informative and easy to listen to. I appreciate the example about the patient who had “corrective” surgery prior to consulting you. What is resounding to me is that the likely scenario of limited testing that was done prior determining the patient’s need for surgery, is how specialty practices conduct self-serving analysis, much like political organizations conduct polling statistics to support their party’s candidate, with undoubtedly the same outcomes. Again, thank you for contributing your expertise. It is helping me understand the source of my pains which I believe are the result of my hobbies which has resulted from sustained periods of time operating power tools.

Thanks Doc, I was misdiagnosed in the army and now I deal with this issue every day. this was really informative for me and hopefully either through exercise or possible surgery. I appreciate you driving home the idea of looking at the full nerve chain analysis with the Double Crush Syndrome.

I'm currently dealing with a suspected wrist sprain injury from a fall where I landed on my wrist to break the fall and not hit my face or something! I have a little bit of tingles that seem to be occasional in my pinky and palm (no pain though, just a little alight numbness but it isn't too alarming right now) and I figured while taking downtime and resting to learn a little bit and I appreciate your video! Might be able to tell my doctor a little more useful info thanks to this 🙂

My left pinky is little numb for several years now, tried to massage the area nerves
around but never goes away and not worried much but learned to live with it. I'm almost
76 now. Thank you doctor for your advice.

Thank you for the great information Doctor Cooper.
I had a bike accident 6 months ago, where I broke my right clavicle, 4 ribs, scapula all on my right side. I believe I landed in my right side and hit my head. Fortunately, I was wearing a helmet. I also punctured my right lung. After the accident, I started experiencing problems with numbers on my right hand and PT’s at Kaiser didn’t care about my concerns. It has gotten worse and I have the numbness and tingling on both hands now.
