Just found your videos a couple weeks ago. I’ve had two c-sections in the last 2.5 years, the most recent in Jan ‘22. This video has been a really great way to start getting my core stronger again, I’m so happy I found it! I’ve saved several of your videos to try.

I found your videos a few months ago. It was about the same time, I found out I have a 2 finger DR. I have had 3 kids and always had the pregnant pooch. As I call it. I didn’t know where to start. So thank you for videos pertaining to DR.

Hi Lauren.. Glad I found your videos.. I’m 8 years postpartum with 2 c-section and a umbilical hernia, do to my last pregnancy with twins. I didn’t have the time to heal my self the right way after delivery do to having one year old baby and twin Babies.. so is that my doctor didn’t even told me about the DS 😢I have being exercise after my kids got a little bit older and more responsible which was two years ago. I keep wondering why my stomach still look like I was 6 months pregnant still. 😢 I didn’t even realize what I need to fix. 2 years I did everything wrong for my DS.. workout like crazy did sit ups like crazy, and still look like I was pregnant.. I started researching and I found your videos. I started doing this video for a month ( didn’t go back to doing sit ups again) I sated with fist 👊 and I just went back to a new doctor I talk to her about my situation and she told me I’m about 3 fingers now 😮 thank you Lauren your videos have help me understand that it will take time.. after all this years. I see the difference in my stomach.

I’m 6 weeks postpartum and just got cleared that I can start exercising. However, I feel pain on the right side of my incision when doing the both knees up part. What’s that mean? I’m not ready to workout yet? Or there’s something wrong with my C-section?
