Today's workout is a 10 minute flat belly ab circuit for pregnant, postpartum and C-section mamas. It's gentle enough for beginners, with simple and effective exercises to strengthen and tone your abs.

As a person who has no children yet, but has always had a stomach and stretch marks, this is the first time I've EVER truly seen and felt a difference in my stomach area.
When doing the exercises I really hone in on what she's saying, push the lower back to the floor, pull in the stomach area, and you can really feel the burn 🔥. As the video is going, focus on what she's saying to help make sure you're activating your muscles.
To anyone who feels like they've tried everything, please give this a chance for at least 2 weeks.
I do this video and the 10 minute lose your mommy pooch video every day.
You do not, need to be a mom to do these, you do not need to be a female either. Give it a shot!!

I have an 8 yo daughter, had 2 fingers gap. Started the phase 4 around 5 months ago. Only doing it 2-3 times a week. .. Now it is close to half finger gap. So im moving to this exercise. Love it.

As new mother to the community 🤣 I’ve searched up different postpartum workouts (especially because naturally I had a very flat belly) almost every video I can across was a little intense since I was out of commission for sometime and had a c-section😢 once I came across your videos I was glad, the workouts aren’t to intense but very effective I have been working out to your videos for a month and a half now and boy do I see a very big difference #SHOUTOUTLAUREN 🎉

Hi Lauren. Love your videos. I gave birth two years ago via c section but still can't seem to lose the belly. Hoping these videos will help. Did you have a c section delivery? Your tummy looks so flat. Im almost losing hope that my tummy will never be flat again.

Love your DR workouts and have been doing them religiously. However, I still have a flat spot in the middle of my stomach that does not go away. Any tips?
