Thankyou Lauren! This was great. I always feel good after one of your sessions. I find with alot of others channels they are too fast paced and I end up feeling bad about not being able to keep up or under-performing. I feel accomplished after doing your workouts. 😊🙏🏼💗💪🏽

Heyy Lauren thank you so much for your videos !! I usually try to do 3 videos a day, how long do you suggest doing these workouts a day ? Should one video be enough 3-5 times a week or should I just do as much videos I can a day ?

Hei! I finished your postpartum ab workout all 4 phases. I feel pretty strong and I'm 6 months postpartum. Do you think I can safely start this workout? I don't really have diastasis... just a very very small muscle separation above belly button, just barely one finger.

Hello Ms Lauren. I love your workouts. They have helped me to tone my postpartum belly considerably. But sculpting isn't showing up. I have been doing this workout for 2 weeks now. How long do you think it will take to have flat belly and loose the pooch? Do any other factors affect. I'm mostly on a calorie deficit. Thank you so much.
