I just found your video, I am a full time student studying to become a registered Dietitian and a full time mom with twin boys. they are now 7 months old, it is tough juggling being both a full time mom and student and trying to get my body back into shape while dealing with postpartum depression but I will press on. Thank you for this short workout video.

I've started the postpartum 7 days challenge and I have added this ab workout to every day workout. It feels awesome after and I feel much more energised when playing with my little boy. Thank you for all your workout videos, love them!

Hi Jessica I just wanted to express how thankful I am for your work, I have been doing your videos since my 2nd (twin) pregnancy, I am now 20 months PP and I am doing them daily at the moment! They help me heal my body and my mind :) I wanted to make a suggestion for some new videos : a short 15min yoga flow for the morning and one for bedtime would be a great way to start and end the day!!

Amazing work out. Struggled a little with balancing on one leg. Will do this the entire week and hopefully I get better at balancing on one leg.
