I got a lot of questions about my postpartum ab transformation after my third pregnancy. I mostly rested the first month (with a little walking, stretches and pelvic floor work). After I got clearance for intermediate postpartum exercises I started to add postpartum ab exercises like these. You can start with the modified versions and advance as you get stronger. Not only did my tummy flatten, but these helped to prevent leaking and back pain and to help me feel strong in all my exercises and throughout the day.

This might be weird, but I actually like that I can hear your breath during the workout. I struggle with focusing on my breathing, especially during a more advanced exercise, but being able to breathe with you helped me a lot! So thank you! ☺️

My 4 month PP belly has definitely felt jelly-like, but for the last month or so it has definitely gotten tighter and retrained thanks to your workouts! I haven't been able to do them every day, but a couple times a week I have made it happen, and it has made all the difference! I hated my body only a month ago and today I'm actually happy with it again. Couldn't have done it this as quickly and efficiently without you! Thank you!!

To all birth giving women: 1. you're beautiful
2. the fat around your hips, buttocks and thighs is needed for your baby's development during pregnancy and breast feeding time as it stores long-chain acid fats that are essential for developing the brain and eyes and other useful stuff. Don't try to get rid of this fat ❤ it's beautiful and it has a beautiful purpose. We need to start seeing our female bodies in a new aesthetical light. ❤

I was not able to do any exercise after delivery due to medical emergency of my baby ...she is one and half yr now, can i do this now, is there any use for me ... Or should i do normal exercise like others ps my core is in worst form 😢

Looking for your advice! I am currently 9 months post partum with my first baby.
I have been going to the gym approximately 5 days a week and I do my cardio either on the stair master or run on treadmill. And also weights. I don’t seem to be losing the weight as fast as I was hoping considering the amount of work I’m putting in. I also eat well.
Any advice on what I should be doing differently?? Thanks kindly xo
