I did the 18/24 and loss a lot of weight. But by going back to eating carbs, I gained all the weight back no matter how many hours I exercise. The carb is the big killer. Yes fasting is required and low carb will result weight loss.

By conducting intermittent fasting, this has stopped me sleep walking. I’ve been fasting for six years at the beginning I lost 3 stones but at present I am still not sleepwalking but I have gained weight.. I fast around 300 days a year around 17:18 hours a day
