It'd be neat to have a Keto 'camp' to go to, where you eat nothing but the good stuff (and learn what and how to prepare foods) and have classes where we learn all of this, all the while supporting everyone. It's just something I think about.

Started 18:6 IF 2 weeks ago. I find it quite easy so I started doing it 20:4 2 days ago. I was 90 kg at start point and I weigh myself once a week to not stress myself, after 2 weeks I've lost almost 4kg! I noticed most of the time I just ate snacks and that was my biggest problem, so I learned how to knit and when I'm watching Netflix my hands are occupied with it. This might be silly but it works for me.

On my 9th month of IF coupled with low carb and have lost 45 kg so far. I have been doing OMAD 5 days a week and TMAD during Saturdays and Sundays for over a month now. Thank you Dr. Berg, I have learned (still learning) so much from you, especially during the first few months of this way of eating.

I’ve been doing IF since July 2019 and it was difficult at first but I’m fully transitioned into the lifestyle. I also eat Keto more or less religiously but it’s the IF that I like the most. It gives me more energy, and I can feel the difference in my brain functioning as well.
