At 10 years old, the best thing that you could possibly do is learn to love yourself & put some real effort into learning how to treat your body well. It might sound cheesy but it's so important. Worry less about the size of your thighs and more about what your body can do, and how healthy it is. Diets don't work, and neither do the fad pills or powders; good old fashioned exercise and healthy eating is the only way to go. Don't let small minded people who pick on you get you down.

This is exactly what I need to trim my inner thighs. I just tried it today and it is such a workout for a mere 10 minutes. Because of its short time and the fact ot gets my heart rate up, I've decided to incorporate this exercise into my AM routine--Wake up, stretch, inner thighs, jog/run, abs/back. THANK YOU for making this video!!! Forgive typos, I'm on my mobile phone.

So I’ve been following these exercise videos since October and getting incredibly frustrated trying to execute the moves properly... but I found out I have dyspraxia. It’s a coordination disorder, I’ve had it since I was a kid. I could never jump rope, it took me three years just to learn to tie my shoes.. all this time I just thought I was clumsy. Nope.
Turns out I have a slight disability and that’s a relief to find out. Anyway, part of the dyspraxia involves issues with balance, distinguishing left & right, and doing sequential movements. So no wonder I was getting so frustrated with these workout videos. But now I can be patient and extra kind with myself. It might take me longer to do some of the moves and I might never do them well, but the important thing is just to keep trying!
The hardest single exercise in this particular workout - the last one where you have to hop side to side on one leg. I’m really slow at it and always about to fall over, but I did it!

@MilSel15 Women can't "bulk up" because of the lack of certain hormones and these exercises are far from exercises that will cause bulking. Like I told you in the other message, it's important to build lean muscles because your body will burn more calories at rest (so it's easier to stay thin). If you just do cardio & worry about only doing things that make the body thinner, you're going to end up having a low resting metabolism, which makes it way easier to gain weight. -Kelli

There is no health or fitness perk associated with a "wider thigh gap". Honestly, especially with you just having recovered from an eating disorder, I would highly recommend that you set your sights on goals that are associated with a healthy body/body image. Challenge yourself to be able to do more push ups or run faster or get better at a sport...Any of those would be a more positive thing for you to aim for. You are so young - try & learn how to love & take care of your body now. Best, K

Fitness Blender workouts are an excellent AM workouts for me to jump start my day. I typically do two workouts for a custom workout as a compliment to my hard core PM workout.

Don't compare yourself to others! Eat healthily, exercise regularly; focus on good health & good health only and you will like the results & your mind will be sound & healthy as well. I know it's easier said than done but you have to give it your 100% best effort to not compare yourself to others or talk negatively to yourself.

Have you seen our 38 Minute Glute, Inner & Outer Thigh Workout? That will definitely workout your outer thighs (most of the moves just have a very full range of motion so that they also target the inner thigh. Check it out & let me know what you think. Thank you for the message!

Agreed with what FitnessBlender said; plus your body is going to change INSANE amounts in the next few years. Eating healthy, exercising, and loving yourself and your body is always good advice, especially when you are still physically and mentally developing.

You want to tackle a comprehensive plan, don't neglect any muscle groups, no matter what your goals are. You don't want muscle imbalances, plus, you can't spot reduce fat. Do a combo of upper & lower body & cardio for best results.

I have followed those videoes weeks and they have worked so much well on me. toned up a lot and now step to the stage where I'm more concentrating on growing some muscles.

I am feeling lazy today so I am just going to challenge myself to two of these short workouts. It always fools me because these look short and easy but are always harder than I expected - which is good for me :D Thanks!

You can do lower body 3-4x/week but don't forget to mix it up with some of our other lower body workouts in order to keep your muscles guessing.
