this is really great to get the heart pumping and can be easily done in the comfort of your own home especially over the winter months.

haven't tried it long enough to get results. Usually i get too tired after first set. But it really does get your heart pumping, and you can feel the afterburn, almost making you sweaty again long after finished showering.

So yes, it works. Assuming you do enough sets and reps, over a larger time period.

@ALSxEditing True :) We are not here to show off and impress people with some fancy workouts or exercises; we care about making workouts that will get you results, full stop. You won’t see us do one arm pushups on our fingernails or dumbbells curls with our pinky’s :) You don’t need any of that BS to get results and burn fat fast. Do these workouts and you know they work, but then the people who do them already know that, the rest, stop hating and join in!

Thanks for the workout man. I struggle with brain fog and exercise when done properly and I can focus on the exercises seems to help me the most.

so simple that i never thought of it.. for the Guys wondering if it will Work? ANYTHING Works if you are fully commited, set a goal and when its getting easier, get heavier dumbbells... but dont go to heavy! take care of your joints etc.. and btw dont go exactly like the guy in the clip!! he uses momentum and that will cause injuries and the execise loses the mucsle Building potential alot (he is stating that they are fat burning exercises, but you might aswell do it for bigger muscles also ;)! in all of the exercises after you ''get up'' or ''get down'' stand completely still and then move the dumbbells slowly and controlled.. not one fluint movement that is wrong..

Peter, I realized that making the regular 20 sec x 10 sec rest I wasn't making as much reps as I wanted so I tried different I did 12 reps x 15 sec rest. Worked better!

Hi cojanti. You need always 2 days regeneration for the muscles, so they can increase. This is exactly the workout I do at home, it is very effective and needs little time. But I do dips at my couch too. Good video!

Great technique. Saves time. I like P90X but have to shorten it because it is hard to workout for that duration. Even their newer courses have cut the time in half.

Peter is awesome! If you combine workouts and hit muscles with compound exercises you are going to burn more calories and get better results.

watch carefully your knee-locking movements (Lunge&H -The knee shouldnt go beyond your foot; Squat&Press-At stand up you lock up your knee) . You are putting a lot of pressure on your knees, try and not locking them up, always keep them at a point when they almost get to be locked but only almost...(keep your knees away from straight angles at all times, it is almost inconspicuous but thats the catch). I learned this because I am first a long distance runner, then got into weight lifting. CIAO!

Hey Peter i saw your video and had an idea .... i used your workout with this timing - 1 min rep, 15 sec rest between rep, 2 min rest between sets - 4 sets i think this way its better :)

when i sprained my wrists i put some dumbbells on the ground and did pushups while holding them instead of regular pushups. also daily take vitamin c, and calcium to reduce the wrist pain and strengthen them. you could also buy some wrist braces. and get an ergonomic mouse pad and keyboard, the ones with wrist support, those help
