What did you think of the study? Do you practice high-intensity training in your workouts?

Am 66 yo. Hv bn doing HIIT and/Tabata 6 xs per week for the last 3 yrs. My blood works came back at optimal range. Though the initial part of your video is a wee bit technical for me, on the whole, it has encouraged me to continue with my exercise routine. Thanks, Doc❤

Dr Hasmi
I am 76 years old and have stage 4 CKD. I start exercising again after a lengthy time. I do 10 minutes right now on my Elliptical bike hoping to increase it gradually. I have light COPD so before I reach heart rate I run out of breat. Nephrologist advised to use a "Salt free diet" which is difficult because everything I see has Salt
What is your advise. Oh I am also on blood thinners so this last week I ate my fruits and veggies but my INR rose to 3.8 (normal is between 2-3)h. Please advise

Thankyou Sean. I wonder exactly what I should do in terms of high intensity exercise....I do weights twice a week, walk most days and occasionally do a senior fit class (I’m 63) where I do star jumps etc where I feel quite puffed. This is only for short spurts... I suppose the question I am really asking here is how long does one need to sustain high intensity for in order to obtain the benefits as out lined in the study? Thanks again😊
