Maddie today I am writing you a very detailed thank you, because to know the journey, then you know the level of where my thanks is coming. I have always kept in good shape by doing whatever workouts fit my lifestyle since my late teens: Gym memberships, TV workouts, Jane Fonda in the 80s to getting in shape after each of my 2 babies by whatever means, including using my baby in the workout. Going from 105lbs to 162lbs!!! Then back to 110lbs. Tons of running and cardio and diet didn't do it, but I was stunned to learn that by adding small weights the pounds melted away. I got in better post-baby body than I ever had before, including concave abs and losing the extra lower belly flab. In my late 30s to almost 50, Martial Arts gave me the most intense workouts and best shape I could have ever imagined! Then around 50 I couldn't stay with martial arts because of work. It was on and off. I Eventually became caregiver to a family member and the martials arts stopped. I tried running a mile at night and adding a quick bunch of P/T after. Then at age 54, stuck at home, ...nothing but shoveling food and kicking myself for it. No time for me. I was back to 158lbs!!! All belly fat and I could feel the thighs touching and the muffin top and I looked pregnant! Friends asked if I was! I had huge arms. I had three bellies: Upper, middle, where the pants squeezed, then a lower flab like after childbirth! (which, by the way, ladies YOU CAN LOSE THE LOWER FLAP OF FLAB! I SWEAR IT IS POSSIBLE) I ended up with Kidney stones & shortness of breath. I did Keto but my will power died. During the Covid shutdown I discovered MADFIT!!!! Wow! yes! At first I couldn't tuck my knees to my chest because of all the fat. It physically hurt and I couldn't breathe. I huffed and puffed and I was astounded that only a few years ago I was tight and lean! This would have been a walk in the park, but instead I could barely finish each workout. But slowly, Maddie, since last year I had breakthrough after breakthrough. My thighs and arms started toning, The back above the bra flab is also slowly going away. In April of 2021 I was 147lbs. As of today, July 1, I am now between 132 and 135lbs. I know soon I will hit my 120s! I have no doubt that before end of summer I will be in the low 120s or teens. It is because I can work out in my livingroom with you Maddie! I don't have to drive somewhere. I can take care of my family member and still do customized workouts to suit my timeframe. Today it was ALMOST effortless...still sweating but I don't drop in the middle of abs or pushups anymore! Those half burpees, though..I gotta take a breath! I am in tears of joy. My clothes aren't so tight that I have to wear a big something over the top to cover it all. At work, I don't need to wear the cover-up jacket anymore. I barely have to suck it in. It just happens naturally. I'm getting tight and toned. That ginormous gut is shrinking. It was like a giant thing I was carrying around. And my heart was taking a beating. My appetite is way down. You are an angel. Many many many thanks. When I hit my 120s I will shoot you a quick note! THANK YOU XOXO PS I am 57yrs old now. When that last bit of lower belly flab is gone, I will let you know too. Because it will be gone.

I was doing only cardio workouts at the beginning of my loss journey, and yes, I did lose weight, but I didn’t look muscular, so once I started doing your arm leg and booty workouts I have seen such a difference and I am EXTREMELY confident in nyself

Ohmygod, I miss working out, the last time I did was last wednesday and then I got sick, like reallyyyy sick. Always love maddie’s workouts, especially the arms!!! Nobody can compare to her arm and hiit workouts I SWEAR. Have this saved so when I get better, I’ll go do this with my fave 12 min hiit by maddie!
