I've been doing this routine for about 3 weeks now, about 4 times a week and oh boy! I put on a dress that were tight on the arms for me, and surprisingly, my dress went on smoothly! I was so shocked at the quick result, that I've forwarded this video to my other friends. Thank you so much, Lucy!

It works guys. I have been doin this workout twice with the 7 min drop a dress, 7 min muffin and 7 min famous belly workout for 20 days and i can clearly feel my arms less fatty and toned. Arms were never my main concern but i did it and felt the change..

No matter how many times I do this exercise routine, the arm circles kill my shoulders!😂😂 However, I absolutely love this arm workout! So much better than doing weights and push ups!

I have a disability called "postural orthostatic tachycardia" my doctors told me that if I got into shape the "POTS" symptoms may subside! I have gone from only 1 minute of movement reclining to being able to stand for 4 minutes to do your workouts. Thank you for the seated HIIT workouts and these short videos allowing me to get great results despite my health issues.

Oml I thought this was going to be easy but I felt the burn. I couldn’t even do those arm circles for the full minute without resting 😅 I’m going to do this every day and see what happens :) Thank you for the workouts!

Really unbelieveble, doing this for 2 weeks, every dat and Bingo wings nearly gone😜 arms where 30 cm, now 26 cm.

Hi Lucy, I've just started a workout regime at home thanks to your videos, I'm doing both the 3min and 4min arm workout, the 5min thigh and butt workout, the 2 min bust lift and last but not least the 3 min ab workout, I've recently lost over 4 st so I've alot of toning to do, loving working out with you, been at it 2 days now and I can feel it! looking forward to the end result 😀 thanks, oh did I say, I'm 51 years young 😂😂
