⚡️Keep a neutral back, avoid rounding out your back 🫠
⚡️Elbows stay parallel to the torso, avoid flaring elbows up (this will also help to keep the back neutral! If you’re noticing problems with a rounded back, zone in on your elbow position and trajectory)
⚡️“Hinge at the Hips!”..... ?? it basically means to focus on leaning your hips back and let the rest of your body follow DO NOT focus on leaning your head/upper body forward. This is where the most hamstring and glute activation is going to come from

BONUS BEGINNER TIP: if you feel off balance like I do at times with this exercise, you can also do them seated! 💋
