This is the best video I have found so far on the proper way to do squats. I have been avoiding squats due to knee pain. My formation was incorrect. However, doing the squats with you while applying the tips you provided, I was able to do squats with absolutely NO pain!!! Thank you so much for making this video.💕

So sometimes my backs stiff from an accident byt im still fortunate.. and I'm unsure if I'm aligned properly for knees when I try squats but this is really handy. It felt actually good and feel those muscles. Feels safer with chair for now. Thanks

That's fine, but I don't understand why you need to hold on with your hands. Is it not possible to do squats without holding?💛
