This 10 minute model butt workout will give you a perky booty and sculpt your glutes. I included butt exercises that I do as a model to keep a lean figure but look toned. During these 10 minutes we focus on lifting the bum, make it nice, pumped and perky. I suggest you to combine this workout at home with my other booty workouts.

Is it normal for the side of the glutes to hurt more on which I put my weight on during leg lift exercises? The side I’m actually lifting doesn’t even hurt much.
