Awesome workout! I love the slow tempo. This is one of the first videos I've done where it was so slow. Everyone says " good form" or "go slow, " but the videos are not slow. This one forces you to focus on form. Loved it! Thanks for sharing!

Well I definitely saw a lift and shape to my butt doing this workout just once a week using a set of 3kg weights. My work trousers have become tight around the butt in a good way!

Note to self:
SLD (2x12kg) X10
Static lunge (2x12kg) X10
X3 each side

Sumo squat into sumo deadlift (2x10kg) 3x8

Reverse lunges (2x12kg) x8
Curtsy lunges (2x12kg) x8
X3 each side

Loving these work outs, new to watching 👀 i have MS and haven't been able to go to the gym in last 6 weeks as lambing! these sessions are brilliant mixed together on different days, giving me my energy back, helps me eat & sleep, makes me feel alive again, ❤ 🎉 love a short sharp work out x

Not a hater or something but Sophie herself be doing intense weightlifting sessions at the gym and definitely her current physique is because of that not doing this type of short length yt video without much resistance, I just hope people don't assume they can get a body like her solely by doing similar videos

I’ll come back to this channel when I get my form down because all this workout served to do was hurt my back. Yes, I know that means my form isn’t correct but there’s no explanation or anything in the video 😢.

I took a 6 month pause from the gym and decided to start again and I was like;
I have to prep myself before I'm going to lift heavy again to adapt my muscles a bit so I thought this workout would be a good start... I was so sore for 4 days 🤣 Why did I thought that this workout would be easy lol
