This is by far the best stretching routine on YouTube. I've tried others and I definitely see the difference afterwards, I am more flexible, I feel more relaxed and I don't have the pains that I use to. My only wish would be to be doing this every day, I would feel so much better. Thank you so much for posting this ❤, you are a lifesaver.

I added this after a 30 min arm and 20 min cardio. Loved all of them. Thanks HR for being a wonderful guide for us.
