the cool down stretch was great! it helps me to keep limber! i am 73 thanks for this quick fix to start my day. i incorporate with other fitness videos!

total body warm up video, the high intensity cardio, and this, is a great morning combination for a shock to the system! Much easier to do home cardio workouts with channels like this! My winter motivation is sorted haha!!

This is a keeper. I've kept this and other FitnessBlender workouts, but esp this stretch/cool down routine in a Stretching file in my YouTube account. I keep coming back to this (and other FB flexibility/stretch videos) bc it's quick and efficient, safe, and such a helpful tool and resource for me to develop a regular, daily flexibility stretching routine. Flexibility and mobility stretching is such an important aspect of fitness but so easy to undervalue and even skip when in a hurry. Thanks Fitness Blender!

Love this cool down! I come to it everytime a workout video doesn't include a cool down or I feel I need extra stretches.

i really love these - esp that kelli is like all of us & has her workout stengths & not so strenghts but keeps going anyway.  she looks like a real woman and not a roided-up fembot.

Thank you!! these really help after a workout. Maybe making them each twice longer or having us do two sets of each one would be good though in future videos :) I know I can always restart the video when I’m done, but it’d been nice to repeat them along the way, if that’s good for us

It's easy to workout and cool down with this company's play-by-play, timed videos. Make it much easier for someone who is intimidated to go to gyms and have a trainer. I found them to be extremely helpful last year when I started working out. I'm trying to get back on track, and this video was needed.

Definitely starting this. Am over 65 with hip replacement and started doing situps to get stronger abs. These look easy enough and don't require equipment or over doing it.
