I love your 5 minute videos. Sometimes that’s all I can get myself to do, but it’s SO much better than no yoga at all.

When I've tried 5m routines in the past, they felt so rushed. I appreciate the pace of this routine. It didn't try to fit in all the poses possible. It truly felt like a slow start to the day.

Im a guy but im still young and have been cramming to get school work done all night i needed a relaxer before i started trying to finish what i was working on. This is the only thing i could think of trying. Thanks it helped i feel much better.

Almost every opening I do a workout following any one of your morning workout videos. This one though I must was just the right amount of time with the perfect routines. Loved this one!! Please keep them coming and if you can, please could you do more workouts on strength and possibly a workout in reducing belly fat

Great practice! However could you do the same video but back friendly? I have a mild scoliosis on my lower back and poses like the cat and cow seem to aggravate it 💛
