one thing about Josh....he's super fit, but his body is not unrealistic for ordinary folks. He isn't overly muscled & I think better for this channel, as he'll catch the eye of more viewers and he presents a physique that most of us if young enough, and motivated enough can achieve

How would this would this workout be for someone who is very out of shape? I weigh 227 lbs and got a gut
My goal is to build muscles could really use a trainer or Someone to help guide me through some good workouts to fix this
I went to a gym and spent like an hour doing their power circuit workout did not feel like anything happened. Wonder if I did it right.

I'd say there are more effective exercises than side crunch. It sounds to me too much static. Am I wrong?
