Most Important : Alcohol (wine, beer, whisky, rum) consumption depletes vitamin D .

Cholecalciferol D3 is the safest form of D supplement as it does not require activation by kidney . 60K IU once a week is the most commonly prescribed dosage for adults .

Thanks, I m taking everyday 5000 ui of vit D3 and k1, k2., before covid. I miss sun and it s difficult for me to be under the sun... I really appreciate your videos... ❤️

Vitamin D has been found to help recovery for people who contract Covid 19. I always spend at least 20 to 30 min each day where possible.
I do lots of gardening.

I loved the vid how many grams should one take as an adult i take 2000 now i think i need 3000 and wat too give kids my child has exzema and he had bad out break a mth ago and left his skin looking bad
