"I want to prove to myself I'm capable of things I could not even imagine" -- THIS!! I've used this so much when training for triathlon, half marathon, group fitness certification... love this! and you've inspired me to try and get back into running after I had to stop a few years ago due to hip issues so thank you!

I've been researching to death the details and everything it takes to do a triathlon and I had this debilitating thought that I couldn't do it because I am not fit enough, small enough or athletic enough. Girl this just made my decision for me ❤ thanks for being so real and inspiring! Gotta go swim now 👋🏼👋🏼

This literally brought me to tears. It was so validating. Everyone (but my immediate family) seems to have a comment about the time I carve out for my goals. But I'm not doing this for them, I'm doing it for me. :) Thank you for your honesty, and for sharing your journey with us!

I love this! This year has been the hardest of my life. About 19 days ago, I decided to take a lesson from your “I ran for 30 days” video and decided to workout at least once a day. About two weeks in that turned into twice a day because it reminded me of how much I love working out. I applied and got into nursing school and I’m completely changing my life. I love this because it started as “take one breath at a time” to now just take the next step. Thank you for your amazing channel. It’s helped in so many ways!

In my late 30s I thought I was too old to lose weight and be fit. Train like an athlete. The last five months, I have taken on the mantra, it’s never too late. I workout every day and it’s become my favourite part of the day. One foot in front of the other. Some days are a struggle but afterwards I accomplished something and I feel great. Thank you for being such an inspiration with your videos. Without your channel, I would never have started this journey when I was at an all time low with my mental health. I feel you have saved me. You deserve all the happiness and success.

I like how you said: "This isn't a motivational video".As a person who was never into the sport and just started running this year along with strength training, and not only started but also fell in love with it, your videos give me so much inspiration to grow and see in there, who is this person I can become by running, staying consistent and disciplined and literally just showing up!!! amazing! you don't stop to surprise me and I love this idea that only you can define that you are an athlete 😍 I'm ready for today's run🏃‍♀🏃‍♀🏃‍♀

This was just amazing ... I've been in a bad head space with my fitness journey recently, not in terms of motivation to go to the gym but in terms of feeling good enough and worthy and this video just brought me to tears. Thank you.

Sorry if this comes comes from out of no where - but I love, love how you also document times in your fitness journey where you "failed".. I got sick and went for a hike with my bf (while sick) and i could not do the entire hike without leaning on every single tree for support towards the end and to this day i feel ashamed, upset and in a bit of a rut since then. This video motivated me to stick to my journey and I just wanted to thank you for being super realistic and not just documenting every good fitness moment - it is because of you that I wanna keep on going. All the love Xx

Amazing!! I love what you said about showing up for 100% of what you were capable of doing! I’m currently on day 831 of my running every day streak, and I’m so excited to have found someone else who gets it! People ask me the weirdest questions about why I’m doing this, and sometimes it seems that they are bothered by it. I feel like you so eloquently captured many aspects of my why (and also why it’s no one’s friggin business!)! Thank you for sharing :)

14 days after hysterectomy and I feel useless! Thanks so much for the motivation.
I’m still weak and dizzy but I can relate to your shuffle walk after surgery. It honestly made me cry. Anyway I’m terrible with words but Thank You for showing that part. 💋
