I was type2 diabetic and was able to reverse this within this year. What really helped me was stacking the hacks and advice you gave me. Once one thing became a habit I took another and implemented it. The very first thing I did was have a morning walk in first light and the second thing I did was fasting like a girl. Just listening to my body and what worked for me. I am down to 127lbs. Just want to say thank you. You have inspired me. ❤❤

Trying to get to doing this plan. Gave up Pepsi a week ago and started adding salad with radiicchio for my liver. Within this last year diagnosed with diabetes and fatty liver. I cried. I swore I wouldn't let myself get to the point of diabetes. Wrapping my head around it all. Slowly making a little progress. Thanks for all the great info to help bless my life and situation.

Dr Mindy...just want to say thank you for helping me to get rid of sugar, fixing my gut biome and fasting. I feel great, I'm moving more and have been losing weight. Not bad for 60! Just was wondering if you ever had a Type 1 diabetic ask for help? What recommendations would you give to them? Im asking because my sister is a type 1, is overweight and she feels lost...

Thank you as always Dr. Mindy! I want to say that my favorite part of fasting is that warm feeling that lasts after. For me it goes a step further where I feel this strong connection to the earth, or anything nature related. I will find myself just stopping and staring up at the sky, or watching the leaves of the trees blowing and it just makes me smile and feel incredible.

I know all of us women deal with this but I think it’s important that we also recognize now that our young boys and young men are experiencing for some reason the same responses as women do. I know my my 35 year-old son who has bipolar two disorder with anxiety has been facing the same horrible ups and downs for the last 15 years now and especially now I see him really struggling, just trying to hold down his job and cover all of his monthly expenses so I think it’s important for us to also help our guys out there deal with all of this because I think now all these food additives have really hit our boys in a if not just as bad health crisis

Last year I did a keto diet + intermittent fasting and lost 12 kg within 5 months.
Now y switched to a low-carb diet as I should not loose more weight.
However I didn't know that women shouldn't fast 1 week before the periods, so I got a chaos in my cycle.
Thank you so much for your explanations. I bought both books. 😊

Thank you for all of this! Thanks to you and your teaching, my GI doctor did not find any issues when they thought I had ulcerative colitis. The day I found out, I changed my diet, and within the month, I lost 10 lbs and did not need to be medicated or have signs of current inflammation. I have other issues with inflammation, so I plan to continue these changes to reduce all my inflammation and become a healthier version of myself.

So much content in this video 🙏 The biggest mind blower for me was at 48.40 when Dr Mindy talks about severe trauma and how if it happens when oestrogen is low, the imprint on the amygdala will be much deeper - wow! Thats HUGE!
Thank you Dr Mindy for all your work Im a hugs fan and promoter of you. Eagerly awaiting my copy of ELAG here in Scotland on 17th November 😊 💗🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Women don't need to explain themselves to anyone, especially to men. That's what doctors are for--but maybe not male doctors. I found Mindy and my 24 hr fast is going great!

Hi Dr. Mindy Pelz.
Im new to your fantastic channel and im so grateful for all you are teaching us/especially us women.
I want to ask if you could do something on helping people that can't exactly afford to eat total healthy choices 24-7 (Organic, grass feed etc) every time. Im on a fixed income, on disability and can't work from my health issues but im trying my hardest to heal my body from the inside out. Im physically limited also, sucks because I was a very active human b4 my world crashed down on me.. So in march 2024 I left being vegetarian ( i admit i was limited on knowing all the sneaky bad stuff in most health foods, process foods, vegetarian options, even some organic stuff etc) but now im on a strict health keto diet and fasting. I actually love both but because im financial challenged i have to pick and choose better options building two nutritional meals a day. I find myself very limited at times but have learned a few important food i need (from you) excpecaly as a 56yr old woman. I have lost 37lb sence 3/24 and im so grateful for that, I can tell its bad fat leaving because my body looks so different...much better. Although I don't feel better yet, I just stay positive and know my tank was empty and its going to take some time to fix stuff inside my body.

Just was wondering if you could help teach more on other options if we are financially challenged.

Please and thank you for everything you do.
