It's Sugar Free Monday! Craft your day in a way that works for you, but also challenging -- don't make this 100% easy. The ultimate goal is NO processed, packaged or refined sugary junk food for an entire day, but if that seems too difficult, choose one or two smalls things you can cut back on today. For example, one less teaspoon of sugar in your coffee, or fewer bites of sugary food today. This is how you start small and build strong momentum. You'll be surprised how well you do and how quickly you can build up to completing a full Sugar Detox for a day.

I absolutely agree with easing in by making small changes first. The great thing is after a period of tapering and maintaining low/no sugar for a while, you lose sugar cravings and it becomes easy. Thank you for sharing!

I'm seeing this a day late. I don't think I have ever gone sugar free for a single day in a whole decade. Maybe more. I'm always with the little debbie snacks, and candy, cookies, all that. This will be a very big deal for me to do.

It's not that hard ...no sugar in tea /coffee...or cereal ..try porridge ...stop the mid morning doughnuts for at least one day ...I always feel more clear headed and less tired giving up sugar just for one day..
