Im 52 I lift weights. My measurements 38-30-39 . My thigh is 22. Ladies, we need to lift weight to have curvy body and good posture.

This is really helpful and i agree with all this. Im someone trying to lose weight since im overweight by quite a bit of pounds but i wanna keep some curves and a good shape and weight training and proteins are the most helpful if you want to do that. But i also find HIIT workouts the most helpful so combining all this would really help me reach my goal.

I lost 30lbs on keto, but I also lost my butt. I don't work out. How can I fix this. I am happy with my weight loss, but I'd like my butt back

thank you for the info. Can you talk about skinny fat? People who are overall fit or thin, but has resistant fat on belly, or and handle loves? How to get rid of them without loosing more weigh. or again, for skinny people with fat around the core, how to gain weight or curves while loosing those fat?

if I am intermittent fasting and I workout at 5am until 6am. I don't break my fast until 12/1230, how do I get that protein meal in after my workout? thanks for your response in advance

Is it possible to be in a caloric surplus diet to gain the booty and muscle mass and do HIIT cardio to keep fat off (my arms especially, tricep area) ?
