I started a Body Pump class at 64 years old. There was a woman in the class that looked amazing. I introduced myself and asked how long she had been doing Body Pump. I then asked how old she was. She was 69 and looked AMAZING!! I was in! I have to say I was in the best shape of my life at 64 because of the Body Pump class. I tried to go five days a week. Amazing results if you stick with it. It becomes addictive.

Seeing them sweat as they lead the class makes me feel REALLY good considering I was soaked in my living room this morning. I have been lifting more recently, and throwing this in there on a “meh” day — wow. Makes me realize I need a little more conditioning. Have always loved Les Mills classes. Thank you for making this one accessible and keeping it here for us!!

Thank for this so much. I am 73 and desperately miss my in-person classes. But have had Covid in 2020 and dare not risk getting it again. This is helping to recover from long haul. Thanks again

I've been doing this 3-4 times a week for the last two months and thoroughly enjoying it. I use a pair of 10kg dumbbells for everything as that’s all I have at home (so a bit heavier than those used in the class) and I’m really noticing my body tone up.

I just finished this workout for the first time in a class of about 35 people. I was one of maybe 4 males. I met the instructor before the class started and she set all my gear up in a discreet spot in the back. Knowing I was shy I showed up at the start time and she said come on in don't chicken out…which I actually was trying to make excuses to cancel! Lol 😂 Anyhow, it was super fun and my legs feel like jelly. I can see myself doing this 2-3 times a week now.

Bonjour et merci beaucoup pour ces cours en lignes, il n'y a plus de covid les salles sont ouvertes, mais je n'ai pas les moyens financiers de m'inscrire en salle, je ne dois pas être la seule personne dans ce cas... Grâce a vous je peux avoir des cours de qualité chez moi. J'adore ces cours, ils sont géniaux 😉
J'espère qu'ils ne vont pas être supprimer de YouTube, nous en avons besoin, j'ai 64ans ça me permet de diversifier les cours.
