This is my first time working out with Gideon Akande, and can I just say I love this man. He made me feel like I was there physically with them. His tone and attitude made me feel really good. Gideon and Ranier Pollard are both my favorite gym trainers. I hope I can see more of Gideon!!!

Love Gideon's motivation and his voice is soothing to me. Does he remind anyone else of LeVar Burton and Reading Rainbow? Great workout. I really pushed myself and followed Hans the entire time.
