Here's a new fat burning HIIT workout. This one is fairly advanced and has a few high impact exercises. If you're new to HIIT workouts, try one of my low impact, beginner workouts first and work up to this one.

This a great one to do at home, the park or the gym. #NoExcuses.

Love this workout. Think it is my favourite of Joe's so far. It really works the legs and abs. It would be great to have a HIIT similar with some bumbbell exercises to work the arms in the session too?
