16 Minute Beginner Hip Mobility Routine! | Follow Along | No Equipment

This lil routine is made to loosen up your hips for all levels with adaptations you should (hopefully) all be able to manage!

If you spend a lot of time sitting & feel a lil stiff in the hips this is a good way of waking them up & getting them moving in ways they're designed to move but probably don't!

You don't have to do this every day, but you can if you fancy it (more the merrier)

Have a play around with the movements & and hopefully, you find some things in here that hit the spot for you!

Just found this and this is my second morning doing these. 35 years old, played sports and worked outdoors all my life but the last 3 years I’ve worked an office job, not trained at all and now raising a 2.5 year old. Time to get back in shape

I was just looking for more hip mobility for running, and this has been super helpful… it even ACTIVATED MY GLUTES!! and I usually have the HARDEST time getting them activated!

I'm 51 and I have been cycling for a couple decades now and I am about two decades behind with my stretching. This video is exactly what I need right now: 15min long, hip mobility exercises. I am also getting weird phost knee pains. Dont get old.

Class little tutorial mate! Had a bad back and hips for ages after falling on my tailbone and these tutorials are helping me loosen up to play footy again. Would be great to have an intermediate level or a longer back to hips to legs video!
