I always enjoy your tutorial videdos, Zach.
Audio level is all over the shop on this video. Guess you either miffed the mic placement or you forgot to normalize the audio? Your videos usually sound a lot better.

I wonder if is it possible that an aggressor becomes a victim due to reflected crosstalk from the victim.
Does the crosstalk bounce back to the aggressor?

Everything is linked - thinner dielectric requires thinner traces to achieve the correct impedance which then increase skin effect losses at high frequencies - so really we need a simulation that takes everything into account!

What about placing GND traces between signal traces? It would be nice to see a comparison to 3W or 4W cases... Naturally these traces cannot be floating have to be stiched to an underlying GND plane, and some intervals. Maybe another video about this variation?
