Recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes few months ago immediately cut out all soda and candy cut back on carbs. I workout on treadmill 30 min a day and lost over 20 pounds! 😀 im still working hard let's hope it's not all for nothing and my A1c drops

Right now it's at 6.9 fingers crossed it got lower! 😊🤞

9% to 7% is not a 2% change, it's a 2 percentage point change, and almost 20% reduction.

I already lowered my A1c from 6.9 to 6.1 by following your advice. Now I will try the waiting technique for my dinner. I owe you.

I started Advanced Glucose Support a week and a half ago. I am AMAZED by the results. My average BG was sitting firmly at 137 (spreadsheet) and I check about 5 or 6 times a day. Now after 1 and a half weeks of using your Advanced Glucose Support I am at an average of 95! OH and when I started the Glucose Support I also stopped one of my prescriptions meds (Pioglitizone 30mg) altogether. My Dr. has been trying prescription drugs for years and I have never been able to get my morning fasting avg below 151. That avg is now 104. Dr. Ergin should get a Nobel Prize.

I skip breakfast every day. I eat once per day. I’m 74 years old and my A1C is 5.5.

Great tip, and I can say it works. I had done similar process before finding this channel, and took my readings from 194-110 in 4 weeks after that I’ve averaged no more than 120 2 hours after a meal.
Also added 1-1:30min walks everyday.
Doc, thanks you are awesome 🙏

It is sooo true about waiting that 30 to 45 minutes. It really works!! I have lost 30 lbs so far! I use this method at every meal. I eat about half of what I normally eat. Then I wait about 30 minutes then, if I am still hungry, I will eat a little more, but....most the time I find I am no longer hungry.

Doc your math is suspect, lowering your A1C by .02 means your lowering by .16 I think you may mean 2 percentage points so to go from 8 to 6 is in fact a 25% Change Love your channel I have learned much, thanks

I was recently surprised with my diagnosis of having 7.5. Shocked. I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, I exercise & lift weights etc. Where this came from blew my mind. So I will further tighten up my dietary life and get rid of all soda, carbs and other "evils". I am 5 ft 10 245lbs. I bench 225 etc. Much of that is muscle although I could stand to lose 20 lb. Otherwise I eat pretty healthy rarely eating fasy food and never frozen dinners.
I will let you know how I do in the next 3 months. Weight lifters normally prep before going on stage.
I will be doing a different kind of prep. I would like to be there for my wife and daughter.
I will see you in 3 months.

Thank you Doctor
Not taking breakfast may increase the stress levels which might increase the Blood sugar levels.

I love intermittent fasting but i do notice my blood sugar rises drastically. It just makes it harder to stick to a caloric deficit if i eat early.

Hi dr. My a1c is 5.7. Tried low-no carb diet but lost weight. I only started with 116lbs- i cannot lose anymore. I get weak with no energy with no carb. I am active too. Is you advance glucose control ok for me to take?

I started screaming, YES My husband was looking at me strangely. What did you ask? You asked if "we" have noticed that our blood sugar goes UP when we don't eat! I keep trying to "Intermittent fast" by waiting until supper to eat. But you're right. I can wake up at 115-125. I don't eat, it keeps slowly rising. I finally eat ANYTHING - heck, a tablespoon of cream in my milk - and it suddenly creeps down (though not below 100). I've been trying very hard to do this "naturally", but not having any luck. WHAT I HAVEN'T CHANGED is something you preach: consistent sleep!
Is it worthwhile to take metformin, or will I gain weight on it?

This has been the case for me. I have been trying to maintain a low carb/keto diet since moving from Prediabes to Diabetes. I did well bet fell off the wagon and now I cannot get my sugar levels under 100. Morning levels have been in the range of 105-120. I take one Metformin at bed. Its aggravating when you "think" you are doing "almost" everything you should.

Hey doc. Why do I have high A1C and normal glucose?

samyrag

Gluconize appears to be a product that can aid in controlling lower A1C levels, which is a critical factor in managing diabetes. A1C levels reflect the average blood sugar levels over a prolonged period, and high levels can cause several health issues. The fact that Gluconize claims to help manage A1C levels could make it a valuable tool for people with diabetes.
