I have eaten chia seed pudding everyday for years and still love it! I am 70 years youthful and in great health! I just mix plant based milk like coconut, oat, or almond…..chia seeds…..a little pure maple syrup…..and a touch of pure vanilla. Stir or shake, let it sit in the fridge to hydrate the seeds and thicken ! Yum! Sometimes I put some fresh berries on top……

I soak them in a glass 🥃 cup over night also adding honey 🍯 key lime and filtered water 💧 and drink it first thing every morning and after 3-4 days you will notice change in your weight and waist along with many other things.

About 2weeks ago I was searching for foods rich in fatty acids and I saw chia seeds. I didn’t know about them so I googled the details. Later I went to the store and found them. Been eating them two times a day. I’m currently going through a hard time and I am dealing with it so well I was starting to question myself but after this video, I give the credit to chia seeds :)

I eat a teaspoon or so of chia seeds everyday 🙂 I put them on a small Tupperware container with water (easier to digest for me), I let them soak up the water overnight and dump them in my smoothie. I didn't know that they would make my skin glow like they do!! It was a pleasant surprise. So inexpensive and so so great for you! Much love, stay healthy my friends!

Chia seeds in coconut cream with a little honey or maple syrup and cardamom is a most delicious pudding. I layer the seeds a few layers thick and then mix in. Let it rest for a few hours in fridge and yummm yum yummm!!
