OVERNIGHT BERRY CHIA PUDDING 🍓 these are sooo easy and effortless to make. You know the big chia seed bag that you most likely bought from Costco? Start using it for this! By the end of a work day, I’m so exhausted and the last thing I want to do is make breakfast morning of, so this chia pudding takes less than 5 minutes before bed to put together and is ready to eat the next day! GLUTEN-FREE, VEGETARIAN, DAIRY-FREE. 🌱

-2 tbsp chia seeds
-1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
-2 tbsp yogurt (I used dairy free yogurt from @so_delicious ) for extra protein!
-1 tbsp honey, maple syrup (for vegan), or agave
-Dash of cinnamon
-Handful of berries

2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk
1 teaspoon of maple syrup, agave or honey
A dash of cinnamon

For added protein, add yogurt, collagen or protein powder too

Add fruit, or I add some choco chips sometimes

I love this recipe. I have to be up & about with a cup of coffee & seldom each much for breakfast, if at all. So convenient preparing at night, let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning just grab & go 👍

Is there a particular reason for non dairy milk? Or is it just what you had on hand? Only ask cause I prefer cow milk

Just a heads up, because I thought this too... coconut yogurt does not have very much protein at all, you may have to use protein powder in addition if you're not eating dairy.

I hope this will help me lose weight I want to eat healthy & stay active avoid getting diabetes . Diabetes & Heart disease runs in my family I'm afraid to go to the 🏨 I'm tired of the doctors telling me don't eat this don't eat that I'm fed up
