10 minute Chest Workout with Dumbbells

We are perking and lifting the chest muscles with this 10 minute chest focused strength session and the only thing you need for our butt kicking time together is your mat and dumbbells!

This at home workout includes a variety of chest building exercises to help tighten and firm! This workout is perfect if you are short on time and still want an awesome workout or you can add this quick strength session after your cardio workout. Also, if you are looking to perk your chest muscles even quicker, include this workout 2-3 times a week in addition to your current routine to activate your chest muscles regularly and build strength!

As always, using a weight that is heavy enough and challenges you will accelerate your changes! Training consistency is key to building muscle! Be mindful of form and work at your own pace during our training!

CHEST WORKOUT EQUIPMENT, STRUCTURE, AND EXERCISES

EQUIPMENT
- DUMBBELLS - I used 5kg, 7.5kg, and 10kg.
- EXERCISE MAT
- WATERBOTTLE
- TOWEL

STRUCTURE
WORK: 50 REST: 10
REPEAT EACH EXERCISE 2 TIMES THROUGH VIA HORIZONTAL LOADING

EXERCISE LIST
- CHEST PRESS
- SLOW CHEST PRESS
- REVERSE GRIP CHEST PRESS
- CHEST FLYES
- PUSH UPS

This should come with a warning… «Do not add another chest workout to this one»… Even if it’s only a 15 minute chest and triceps combo… You’ll feel it for days!!! 😅😂🤣💜
