I really like the idea of turning a month into a week bc for beginners a month can seem very overwhelming so setting small goals instead of bigger ones they're more likely to be finished

Hey! Experienced runner here. You did great! However I just want to point out to beginners that the types of stretching you do is important. Static stretching should only be done after the run!!! It can cause injury if done consistently pre-run. Dynamic stretching is best to do to warm up! You did a great job luv, I’m so proud of you for going outside of your comfort zone :)
