I'm smiling because trotting and pacing are different to horses. I'm a pacer by nature, trotting is difficult for me and I don't have Parkinson's. This was very helpful.

Can we add weight wrist to improve arm swing in the affected limb

Thank you for these exercises! I do lots of balance and your exercises but still feel badly inbalanced. When I walk should your weight be shifting from side to side or should you walk as straight as possible without any weight shifting? Many thanks!

My PWP has suddenly started falling due to the feeling of being pulled backwards whenever she stands up? Could you suggest any exercises to combat this so that we can get her out of bed!!
