I can't seem to make myself drive to the gym for more than a month or so at a time. I get out of bed and do my workouts with Jordan daily and it has really helped with my overall health, weight control and stamina. Really great for this retiree! Thanks for the workout programs.

I'm 24 years old who generally likes to go pretty hard in my workouts. Lots of cardio and weights and sweating. This got me working and sweating more than I thought! Loved it!

I workout regularly and thought i'll give this one a chance.
But I think every move should have been for one minute instead of 30 seconds. As soon as I get the hang of it, it switches to something new: So half the time im just picking up the weights, putting down the weights then picking up the weights.

Great work out, but severe arthritis in my feet/ ankles keeps me from being able to do lunges or squats.

Bob and Brad - What about the people that can't stand for 30 minutes because of my back pain? I want to do all of this, but it's hurting too much. I take out my trash to the dumpster and come back in and have to sit down because of the pain.
