Protein tip for whoever needs it: CANNED TUNA (in water, not in oil)
Basically for 80 grams of tuna you get 20 GRAMS of protein and only 90 kcal, yes, ik, it’s insane
I either add it to breakfast or even have it as a snack with some cucumbers on the side lol

Mamma nerdy is goals. I have 3 young kids and I hope that when they’re young adults I’m still cool enough and active enough that my kids want to hang out and work out with me! 😍

I make protein pancakes so I still get a breakfasty-type meal for breakfast. I feel like any breakfasty-type meals can be modified to have more protein. There are plenty of recipes online.

I've started adding protein powder to things rather to just drinking it. As a veggie and someone who can't eat tree nuts or dairy its tough.
But a spoonful here or there added to yoghurt or icecream or even soup. Game changer!

Thank you for saving me from diet torture land!I watched your video about reverse dieting about a month ago and went from eating 900-1000 calories/low carb and not losing, to eating 1200-1300 calories, lifting heavier and losing a pound. It doesn’t sound like much but I’m 47 and not really overweight so losing a pound and eating more than my starvation plan is huge for me. I’m also seeing more definition in my abs and feel this low-key pump in my muscles a lot of the time. I feel amazing. You really saved me from diet misery♥️

I know you said you don't like to use protein powder to hit your protein, but a hack that I've done to eat more protein and still kinda have "dessert" is to buy a healthier cereal/granola (without much added sugar - none if possible, usually organic) and make a protein shake and use it as the milk! Easily gets me 20 grams of protein without adding that many calories, while literally still getting to eat dessert!

I love your videos! Hands down my favourite fitness vlogger! I’m currently reverse dieting. I’m up to 2100 calories from 1600. I was terrified to start it, but I trusted it and it’s going great! I wouldn’t have known about this dieting strategy if it wasn’t for you! I’ll be doing a mini cut once I reach 2500 calories. Your videos are amazing and very informative, and you’re just so pleasant to watch!

I mix my protein powder with my Greek yogurt. I just grabbed some of yours for my daughter who is dairy and gluten allergic. Thank you for the recommendation.

Bone broth and collagen peptides. I use both a lot to boost protein because I can't have whey and a lot of other powders. They are usually around 45 calories for 10 grams.

I was just talking to a friend about the word "toned" - it's so funny because it's taken on a whole meaning of its own but what people actually mean is that they want to build muscle and shed some fat to make the muscle for visible. "Toned" is just a marketing buzz word that sells well! Great video :)
