I don't watch Chris heria anymore, but this is one of the first calisthenics videos I watched about 8 months ago. Having just done my first explosive Australian pull-up to my waist, I just wanted to come back and thank him for the inspiration.

Since I've been following your work for a couple years, Lately, I noticed your production quality has improved substantailly. The point is in the part of the video where you breaking down the details and components of specific excercise, by explaining not just what and how to but why we should do them in order to acheive our goals. Personnally, I think this part is the most important of all in the learning process of audience, not just beginner but all level, because we get the most benefits out of your work not just from your examples but chiefly from your knowledge provided, so we can learn, synthesize, adapt and apply to our routine in the way that gives maximum results individually." Educate your audience" is maybe the best main goal of your work since you first started, and the inspiration and motivation is resulted from you, always being respectful teacher. I appreciate and so proud of your work. Thank you.

Its almost been a year since I started with Chris and Thenx, since quarantine. I'm so appreciative of all their hard work putting out videos every week. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life and I'm not stopping. Lets goooo

I started doing L-sit Pull ups and high pull ups after watching this, Now when i pull myself up, i fly like a firing missile, thanks a lot chris you are the best instructor in the world for calisthenics bro💪💪🔥🔥
