Over 10, 10! Pull ups videos had no one said this. I just tried it and I didn’t feel nothing on my shoulder or arms but only on my lats/back. Thank you!

Great video and I'm so happy I saw this...I always thought that the pain I had from pull ups was natural...I not only didn't feel the pain in my shoulders but I more than doubled my reps by simply correcting my form...again thank you so much!

"This" is called scapula retraction and depression. The best cue is just lift your chest up, make the chest touch the bar.
