Ive been doing pull ups maybe up to 6-7 maybe 8 months now and I can tell you I don't look like I changed much but I can tell you I do feel alot better and my arms did get a bit bulky by my shoulders I'll say I'ma keep going until I get that muscle up 🦾

strengthen your basic pull-ups..
while pulling pull towards your waist not 2 your Chest !!!
elbows should point point straight!!
pull with your scapula!!
