An excellent version of Kimchi. My first try was a success. Thank you for making this recipe simple and easy to complete. This flavor is new to me, and I cannot get over how good it tastes. I eat it with everything. It is the best taste my tastebuds have entertained ever.

Thank God, you made the pure vegan kimchi using soya sauce. Some YouTubers use fish oil and they still call it vegan kimchi.

This is perfect! I made some adds to the paste (I used water from rehydration of shitake and seaweed to make the rice flour and water mixture) and my Kimchi is fermenting right now. I can't wait to taste <3

I made this recipe but I didn’t have the rice flour so I used corn starch instead and I also didn’t have the mushroom powder as well so I omitted that. I let the kimchi outside for three days then put it in my fridge for three days. I gave it a taste test today and it’s really good! I’m surprised and I’m so happy with the results
